As president, Jennifer M. reported to all that we have begun the search for a new meeting location, as our present location will no longer be available to us in the new year. Surely, something central will become available so that all our members will continue to find it easy to attend guild.
The new slate of officers was elected unanimously. YEAH!!
Hopefully everyone has signed up to bring a favorite dish to the Christmas Party/Ornament Exchange, which will be held at the home of member Cyndi S. at the December meeting time.
Ann W. reminded members of the upcoming Sherri Jones workshop in February – A Garden Variety Long Pocket – and passed out kits to those already registered.
Ann W. has contacted Paulette Stewart of Plum Street Samplers, about possible classes in the Fall of 2013, and asked that members contact her (Ann) with suggestions for possible workshops.
